Ring the bell and sound the choir folks, for today I have successfully* eaten three pieces of raw broccoli dipped in hummus. Oh yes, you heard me right. Broccoli. Which I'm fairly certain is neither a cracker, nor a rice cake, nor a square of peanut butter toast.
It's a new day in health.
